I didn't get there alone, and you don't have to either!
For me, Business Coaching is the most rewarding part of what I do. Having moved from corporate to self employed, I know how tough it can be to suddenly be alone without a line manager to keep you on track and set and monitor goals with.
How many times have you felt totally lost, or have an idea but no one to run through it with? Maybe you have been stuck in a rut or totally lost your self confidence and been taken over with imposter syndrome.
We all need someone to go to for advice, in tricky times and to bounce ideas off...
My coaching sessions are of course around the nuts and bolts of business, but it's more than that...
Quite frankly, your business is nothing without you and your correct mindset. The correct mindset can generate millions. Equally the wrong mindset can fold a business. It all begins and ends with you and your levels or overwhelm, burnout, motivation, discipline and remembering WHY you set up the business.
My coaching sessions enable you to have a totally safe, objective and non judgemental space to regroup, redirect, plan and strategise.
